Convocations Committee

Responsibilities

The committee’s primary responsibility is for the general planning of the three commencement exercises which are held each year on the Alpine campus, and the committee may be called upon to assist with the planning and organization of other major university-wide convocations or programs as the need arises.

Membership

On basis of position (Executive Vice President and Provost, Administrative Assistant to the Provost, Assistant Director of the Physical Plant, University Registrar, Bookstore Manager, Director of News and Publications, Campus Activities Coordinator, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Director of Administration, and Administrative Coordinator for President’s Office.) And one representative from Faculty Assembly.
