Erayne Gee Hill is a 25-year public relations, marketing and communications veteran who began her career interning for Ketchum Public Relations and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and PR and a minor in African American studies, Hill briefly edited textbooks at a female-led consulting firm and then headed into a six-year journey at the Fort Worth Independent School District as a special projects coordinator. At FWISD, she participated in fundraising, event planning, managing crises and maintaining partnerships with the Fort Worth community.

The next eleven years were spent at Unity One Credit Union, the oldest credit union in Texas. Considered a mid-size credit union serving members in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Minnesota and Kansas, Unity One ranged between $230-250 million in assets, with about 30,000 members during her employment. At Hill’s departure, the credit union expanded to nine branches including three in-school branches, training young people about financial management.

Hill spent the next three years at Texas A&M School of Law in downtown Fort Worth as the director of marketing and communications. In those three years, the law school nearly doubled enrollment, robustly launched its graduate program and rose 30 spots in the U.S. News and World Report ranking—an unprecedented journey for any law school in the country.

In her current role as vice president of Glint Advertising, she leads multi-channel campaigns, blending strategic planning with creative execution to achieve measurable results for clients in several industries, including financial, healthcare, retail and more.

Erayne is the former president of the Fort Worth graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which surpassed a local membership of 200 members during her tenure (2018-19). She served on the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Central Area Council and is a former North Area Council chairperson and Chamber of Commerce board member. Hill served as the 2023 Metro YMCA Annual Giving Campaign Chairperson and is currently a member of the board of directors, chairing the philanthropy committee. She was named a 2015 CUNA Credit Union Rockstar and served four years on the national board of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, representing youth from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico in college.

Hill is a Fort Worth, Texas native. She is married to James and mother to teen Trevor. She loves to read, shop and eat sweets with no apologies.
