Erayne Gee Hill brings 25 years of experience in public relations, marketing and communications. She started her career with internships at Ketchum Public Relations and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism and public relations and a minor in African American studies. She served four years on the national board of the NAACP representing youth across five states.
She began her professional work as an editor for a woman-led consulting firm, then moved into a six-year role with the Fort Worth Independent School District as a special projects and event coordinator. She coordinated fundraising, managed events, handled crises and built partnerships across the Fort Worth community.
Erayne spent the next eleven years at Unity One Credit Union. The organization served members in Texas, Minnesota and Kansas. During her tenure, assets grew to more than $230 million and membership reached about 30,000. Unity One also expanded to nine branches that included three in-school branches focused on financial education for young people. CUNA named her a Credit Union Rockstar in 2015,
She joined Texas A&M School of Law as director of marketing and communications. During her leadership, the school nearly doubled enrollment, launched its graduate program and rose 30 spots in the U.S. News and World Report rankings, a significant shift in legal education.
Erayne has served the community through leadership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. She led the local graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. during a period of growth in 2018-19 and served on the Chamber’s Central Area Council after chairing the North Area Council.
She sits on the Fort Worth Metro YMCA Board of Directors and serves as the philanthropy committee chairperson. She previously led an Annual Giving Campaign that supported a $1.25 million fundraising goal.
In her most recent role as vice president at Glint Advertising, Erayne led client relations, project management, vendor relations and intra-agency operations. She guided strategic planning and creative execution across multi-channel campaigns. She also managed agency budgets and human resources and trained under direct mentorship for future ownership. After earning her master's degree in management, Erayne served as an adjunct business professor at UNT and continues to teach social media and organizational leadership at Sul Ross State University.
In November 2025, Erayne founded The Geenuine Article LLC, a consultancy focused on strategic storytelling, leadership guidance and thoughtful brand development; and, she continues to lead at Sul Ross State University. Hill is a Fort Worth, Texas native.
She is married to James and mother to college student Trevor. She loves to read, shop and eat sweets with no apologies.
