MGTR 5319 Management of Remote Workers (3-0). Remote work has become common in the business world, but to be productive it requires a different management approach than that used in the traditional office setting. This course provides students with the new skills needed to effectively train and manage remote workers along with guidance for redesigning jobs to be more compatible with remote workforce.
