Department of Education specific dates:

  • March 7, 2025 is deadline for applications to student teach in Fall 2025.
  • May 9, 2025 is the deadline for Summer 2025 Admission into the TEP.
  • March 7, 2025 is deadline for applications to student teach in Fall 2025.
  • May 30, 2025 is the last testing day for TExES Exams – SECOND attempt
  • May 30, 2025 is the deadline for meeting all Fall 2025 student teaching requirements (pass content exam, field observations completed).
  • August 15, 2025 is the deadline for Teacher Education Applications for Fall 2025 admission.
  • September 12, 2025 is deadline for applications to student teach in Spring 2026.
  • November 21, 2025 is the deadline for meeting all Spring 2026 student teaching requirements (pass content exam, field observations completed)
  • December 12, 2025 is the deadline for Teacher Education Applications for Spring 2026 admission.
