Greetings! My name is Dr. John Sherrill. I am excited to join the Lobo family as I believe wholeheartedly that Sul Ross is the gem of West Texas and its community of learners is second to none. I am a practicioner who is currently serving as a principal in a 2A school in North Texas. Before my current role, I was the high school principal in Marfa for three years. I have served as district and campus coordinator in large schools and small schools and it is my goal to empower the next generation of learners to be well equipped for the challenges of principalship. Personally, I have five(5!) kids with my beautiful wife, Amber. Our oldest is in 6th grade and our youngest just started k this year.
