I'm an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Sul Ross. My archaeological research focuses on earth oven technology, rock art, rockshelters, caves, experimental archaeology, lithic technologies, and perishable technologies. Much of my work is focused in the Big Bend and Lower Pecos regions of Texas. I'm passionate about Indigenous centered projects, teaching, mentorship, collaboration, and I find joy in sharing my excitement for archaeology with others.
