Dr. Billy Jack Ray is an esteemed Associate Professor and the current Chair of the Kinesiology Department at Sul Ross State University, where he is in his sixth year of service. As the Graduate Program Coordinator, Dr. Ray has made significant contributions to the academic and professional development of students within the Kinesiology Department.
