ORGA 4304 Project Development (3-0). Study of how to select, develop, and motivate teams to accomplish the goals of the organization and how to plan and organize resources to effectively complete projects. Prerequisites: ORGA/ORGL 3300, ORGA/ORGL 3302, ORGA/ORGL 3304, ORGA/ORGL 4300, ORGA/ORGL 4302, and PSY/PSCH 4302. Equivalent course: ORGL 4304.
