ORGL 4304 Project Development (3-0). Study of how to select, develop, and motivate teams to accomplish the goals of the organization and how to plan and organize resources to effectively complete projects. Prerequisites: ORGL/ORGA 3300, ORGL/ORGA 3302, ORGL/ORGA 3304, ORGL/ORGA 4300, ORGL/ORGA 4302, and PSCH/PSY 4302. Equivalent course: ORGA 4304.
