COMM 2309 Communication and Sport (3-0). This course surveys several fields within the discipline of communication studies as they approach sport as a context. The course includes discussions of sport across a wide range of topics including gender crisis communication parent-child interactions race and ethnicity performing identity commodification sport fan cultures and more.
