GBAR 4305 Business and Society (3-0). A study of the major laws and social issues affecting business policy and practice. This course examines the corporation and its stakeholders corporate social responsibility ethical issues in business corporate governance the community and the corporation and other current ethical and social issues related to the firm and society.
