Rachel is a native of Alpine and a second-generation graduate of Sul Ross State University. She specializes in Instructional Technology for the PPOHA AAOWT grant and gained more than 10 years of experience in grant administration and nonprofit management before joining the team in 2023. In her free time, Rachel enjoys singing classic rock covers with her band and hiking and exploring nature in the area.
