What is Lobos Incorporated? 

The Sul Ross State University Professional Development plan may also be referred to as The Pack First Initiative or Plan. The Pack First prioritizes faculty and staff development and demonstrates that SRSU recognizes our employees as our most valuable resource.

A large part of this development is community. Lobos Incorporated is just a fun way of saying that each faculty, staff, and student at Sul Ross is valuable and important.
