About
The Faculty Senate serves as the representative body of the faculty and plays a central role in shared governance at the university. The Senate provides a forum for faculty voice, collaboration, and leadership on matters related to academic policy, faculty welfare, teaching and learning, and institutional effectiveness. Working collaboratively with university administration, the Faculty Senate represents faculty interests, communicates faculty perspectives, and supports the academic mission of the institution.
