HSCI 1302 Introduction to Health Sciences (3-0). This course introduces students to the field of health sciences, covering fundamental concepts in healthcare, medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, healthcare careers, ethics, wellness, and public health. Students will explore various healthcare pathways and develop skills necessary for success in health-related professions. Students will correlate concepts of wellness and healthy lifestyles, and develop health promotion strategies.
