HIST 3304

HIST 3304 Europe: 1655-1870 (3-0). The history of Europe from the late 17th century to the mid-19th century. The course will cover the constitutional conflict in England, the emergence of Russia as a European power, the intellectual ferment of the Enlightenment, the French Revolution and the eclipse of the Ancient Regime, and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Equivalent courses: HST 3304 (through Summer 2022), HSTR 3304.
