EDUA 5321

EDUA 5321 Foundations of Special Education Law (3-0). A course designed to provide an understanding of the laws governing the area of special education focusing on current law as such as IDEA Section 504 and ADA as well as the legal aspects of the development and implementation of IEPs and IFSPs. Previous cases impacting special education will be examined. Equivalent courses: ED 5321 (through Summer 2022).
