Dr. Brenda Quintanilla has 24 years of experience managing educational technology in K-12 and Higher Ed. Her expertise includes Ed Tech integration, Distance Learning, Immersive Environments, AR/VR, Instructional Design, and Professional Development. She is past president of Texas Digital Learning Association (TxDLA) and has presented at national conferences and contributed to technology advisory committees. She was a 2024 Educause Horizon Report panelist and sits on the THECB A2I Learning Technology Advisory Subcommittee. Quintanilla earned an M.S. in Instructional Technology from UHCL and a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies from UNT. She is a Regional Manager of Innovative Instructional Technology and Learning Services at Houston Community College in Houston, Texas, and teaches as an Adjunct Professor for Sul Ross University in the Educational Instructional Technology Master of Education Program.
