SRSU Scholarships
Sul Ross State University is proud to offer a diverse range of scholarships annually, primarily catering to full-time students.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants are required to have an admissions application on file in the Registrar’s Office. Additionally, they must fulfill all the criteria for unconditional admission to SRSU and maintain good academic and disciplinary standing.
For the convenience of our students, SRSU has streamlined the scholarship application process. Students now submit one general scholarship application each academic year. Through this single application, they are automatically considered for all SRSU scholarships and matched with eligible award opportunities.
It’s important to note that scholarship recipients must be enrolled as full-time students. This entails 12 semester credit hours for undergraduate students and 9 semester credit hours for graduate students, unless otherwise specified.

2024 – 2025 Scholarship Application
Application Opens: December 1, 2023
Application Deadline: February 15, 2024
Students should submit their completed applications before the deadline to increase the possibility of receiving a scholarship award. Students are matched with eligible award opportunities throughout the entire academic year.
