Nanette S. Metz, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in Public Administration with an emphasis is aviation from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She served as a NASA Research Fellow during her study of network effectiveness for public-private partnerships in two national aeronautic alliances. She is a specialist in transportation policy who has her own consulting firm. Her undergraduate degree is in journalism and psychology from the The Ohio State University. She is new to the Sul Ross community, but has taught at CLU since 2010 as well as for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and California State University--Channel Islands.
